Wixenford was born out of a desire to concentrate our expertise on a few special properties at a time. Our business model is – and always will be – that one of the company directors handles each sale. That way we continue building relationships with our clients, understanding how much or how little support they need from us, maintaining their privacy, minimising the disruption that usually comes from selling a home, and working closely together with each client to sell their home for the best price possible.
We’ve been selling houses for a long time. Between the two Company Directors we have over 30 years combined estate agency experience. We established our first successful estate agency in 2014 and in an industry renowned for poor customer service, insincere relationships and inconsistent advice, we strive to do things very differently.
Because we pay attention, we are developing a deeper understanding of what each client wants and needs, as well as a more in-depth understanding of each property. We came to see that the more we understood each individual client and individual home, the better service we were able to give to both our clients and their buyers. And the more our passion for selling homes grew.
